Hallo,
Vorig jaar heb ik de sims 3 exotisch eiland gedownload en zonder problemen geïnstalleerd van de cloud. Nu heb ik een nieuwe laptop gekocht en ik heb de download van mijn oude computer gekopieerd op een externe harde schijf. Met al de andere downloads had ik geen probleem en ik heb deze prefect kunnen installeren.
Bij exotisch eiland, daarentegen, krijg ik een foutmelding. Ik moet namelijk de sims 3 bij werken, maar dit lukt niet, waardoor de installatie wordt afgebroken.
Kan iemand mij hierbij helpen?
